Batch represents the alumni group with which a former student is recognized within the alumni community. It is maintained as part of the person's alumni identity rather than being calculated automatically from another year field.

Not necessarily. Batch and SSC passing year are recorded separately because they describe different information. Where clarification is needed, the association can verify the appropriate Batch.

Your alumni relationship is not determined only by an SSC year. Provide the information that accurately describes your connection with the school so it can be reviewed appropriately.

Former students of Chandaikona M. L. High School may submit their information to join the alumni community. Submitted alumni information may require review before it is treated as verified association information.

No. A login account and a verified alumni relationship are different. Creating an account gives access to the platform; alumni status is established through the association's verification process.

People may have an institutional public profile when they serve the school or association in a relevant public role, even when they do not use the platform as a regular login user.

No. Association governance and event-specific responsibilities are separate. A person may participate in an event or celebration committee without holding a position in the Association Executive Committee.

For initiatives that organize participation by Batch, a Batch Representative acts as a communication and coordination point between their Batch and the relevant organizing committee. This does not automatically make the person an Association Executive Committee member.
